A wonderful cafe on the west side of the river. I had the rose latte (my new favorite) and the avocado toast! The avocado toast has been one of the best I've had. It has some tasty spices and the bread is wonderful. I love that they offer the 8oz size (not many cafes do). There is plenty of beautiful seating and lots of natural light.
Casual cafe for a light meal. The food has an Indian taste with an American twist such as a super flavorful Indian-spiced cheese sandwich or a croissant filled with paneer and such. Amazing, fun idea. The matcha drink, strawberry drink and chai were all amazing. Most chai is too milky, over boiled, or too sweet, but this one was perfect. Large tables for lots of friends or smaller tables for a few. Wheelchair friendly.
I came on a weekday at noon so It wasn’t too busy. I was so excited to try this place and I can’t wait for my next trip back to Chicago to try more next time. I got the chili chicken toastie and WOW- so perfectly done and filling! The flavors were balanced really well and nothing was overpowering. It was delicious. For sweet I opted for the malai custard croissant and It was perfect. The cream was heavenly and It had a great crunch from the pastry and pistachios. I’d love to recreate It myself one day! The decor of the cafe is really cute and minimal, so happy I got to check this place out!
Very cute Indian inspired cafe with excellent food and amazing coffee. Got the samosa croissant and the black sesame latte. The croissant was nice and flaky and the potato filing was really flavorful. The black sesame latte was outstanding. Will prioritize a visit on my next visit to Chicago.
Gorgeous interior aesthetic! Beautiful large window illuminated the space. Drinks and food are both excellently crafted. Flavors are obvious and abundant!
The best chai! I loved it so much, and the way it was made was just perfect. It was snowing and very cold outside in downtown Chicago, and we enjoyed some chai, croissants, and avocado toast, which were amazing. The plating was so professional. The cookies and chicken puff were incredibly tasty, and the puff was so soft and easy to eat. This place is in downtown, and I was so happy to find it. We were heading downtown with a couple of friends and searched for a cafe, and this one was on our way. It was just wow!!
Super clean & hip inside. Staff is decent, professional, but not overly friendly per say. The food though is incredible. I love Indian food & pastries and the fusion of the two meet wonderfully here. I will be coming back as soon as possible!!!
Awesome caramel and jaggery latte. Also the cold foam was probably the smoothest and best I've ever had. The pastry's are delicious and so creative. Super clean and super kind staff.
